Hello writers!
I’m super excited to let you know that we’ve had a LOT of interest expressed in the Mountains of Stories creative writing workshops that we will be hosting in August and September at Katoomba and Springwood libraries. They are booking up fast!
In the meantime, I hope to wet your appetites with this fantastic Youtube series of online creative writing lectures held by bestselling Epic Fantasy Writer Bandon Sanderson. While they do focus primarily on the American writer audience and around the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres, they are still very applicable for writers of any genre. They cover topics ranging from the writing craft to getting published and everything in between.
Bandon Sanderson is responsible for finishing Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time Series after his passing. He is also famous for his Mistborn trilogy and more recently his Reckoners series (bot of which we stock at the libraries).
